  •  Keep Neither of these are grounds for deletion under Commons:Deletion policy. Commons hosts numerous trademarked items, including corporate logos, and this is explicitly permitted under Commons:Trademark. Trademarks only protect against commercial usage of a trademarked property, which is not the case on Commons... and, in this instance, none of the trademarked logos are visible at thumbnail (and barely visible at full resolution), meaning that de minimis would most likely protect any commercial reusers.
As for "incorrectly imply[ing] endorsement of public works by the company", I should first note that Commons:Personality rights is an essay, meaning that it is not binding the way that policies and guidelines (such as Commons:Photographs of identifiable people) would be; it is an argument for a treatment of personality rights that is more cautious than required by policy. It also deals specifically with persons, people, and not corporations.  — Chris Woodrich (talk) 11:14, 10 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
